Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Provisions

By using XYevent’s platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any modifications or exceptions must be explicitly agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment Terms

• Payments for any paid services must be made within 21 working days, unless otherwise specified on the invoice.
• In case of late payment, XYevent reserves the right to charge a 10% fixed interest fee on the outstanding amount.
• XYevent may suspend services without prior notice in case of non-payment.

3. Debt Recovery

• If a payment remains outstanding for more than 60 days, XYevent reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency.
• Any legal expenses related to the recovery process will be the responsibility of the client.

4. Tax and Withholding

• Clients are responsible for any withholding taxes imposed by their country’s laws.
• Under no circumstances will XYevent cover additional costs related to local tax regulations.

5. Service Commitments

• XYevent aims to provide high-quality services in a timely manner but does not guarantee specific results.
• XYevent is not liable for claims from end consumers against the client.

6. Claims and Disputes

• Any claim related to our services must be submitted in writing via registered mail within 8 days of service delivery.

7. Governing Law

• All contractual relationships will be governed exclusively by The Law.
